About this work
In each band, confronted dogs with surround of conventionalized foliate scrolls, medieval in character; above and below, simple bands of geometric ornament. The design repeats on a center of 53.1 cm in the direction of the run of the paper. Printed in blue and green on green ground. Two bands of same design, one above the other, intended to be cut apart and hung separately.
