About this work

Long narrow band sampler with rows of geometrical designs, scrolling floral vines and berries, and knots on the bottom half. Upper section has a variety of densely worked spot motifs such trees, flowers, and berries as well as geometrical patterns in multicolored shades and white-on-white embroidery. Upper left-hand corner has geometrical bands of openwork.
