About this work

Panel of point de France designed in the style of Berain has an alternating design of draped canopies enclosing cartouches and flowering branches. The lower part has bracketed ornaments with a central motif above and below of a crowned fleur-de-lis. Mesh decorated with picots and motifs partially outlined with cordonnet.
