About this work
Die auch als "Anbetung des Kindes" bezeichnete Darstellung könnte nach Mauro Natale (Ausst.-Kat. Pfäffikon/Genf 1978) von Boccaccio Boccaccino begonnen und von Marco Palmezzano beendet worden sein, da die Gruppe im Vordergrund eher an den aus Cremona stammenden Boccaccino erinnert, während der Hintergrund mit Landschaft und Hirten charakteristisch für den aus Forlì kommenden Palmezzano ist.
