Copy of a detail from Peter Paul Rubens' painting "The Holy Family with the Parrot," Koninklijk Museum voor Schone Kunsten, Antwerp (Inv. No. 312). According to the biography in Ausst.-Kat. Solothurn 1990, p. 277, Buchser stayed in Antwerp from 1850 to 1852 and copied among other things works by Rubens; the head of Joseph is not explicitly mentioned.
