Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — Workers in the Space Station Processing Facility are able to enter the Multi-Purpose Logistics Module Leonardo to begin removing the contents. The MPLM has just returned from its maiden voyage to the International Space Station aboard Discovery on mission STS-102. It has brought back to KSC nearly a ton of trash and excess equipment from the Space Station.
