Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — In the Orbiter Processing Facility, STS-104 Mission Specialist Michael Gernhardt (left) and Pilot Charles Hobaugh (right) check out the slidewire used during extravehicular activities to keep the astronauts tethered to the orbiter. The STS-104 crew is at KSC to continue Crew Equipment Interface Test activities such as payload familiarization.
