Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — Workers on Launch Pad 17-B, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, control the motion of the Solid Rocket Booster (SRB) as it is lifted up the mobile service tower. It will be mated to the Boeing Delta II rocket, joining others for a complement of nine, to launch the Deep Impact spacecraft, scheduled for no earlier than Jan. 8, 2005.
