Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — On Launch Pad 17-B, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, the third in a set of three Solid Rocket Boosters (SRBs) is lifted into the mobile service tower alongside two others. The SRBs will be mated to the Boeing Delta II rocket, joining others for a complement of nine, to launch the Deep Impact spacecraft, scheduled for no earlier than Jan. 8, 2005.
