Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — On Launch Pad 17-B at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, workers help guide the second stage of the Boeing Delta II rocket as it is raised to vertical. The element will be lifted up the mobile service tower for mating to the Delta II, which will launch NASA’s Deep Impact spacecraft.
