Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — Leaders of prominent Florida space organizations convened at the Florida Space Authority campus in Cape Canaveral to sign a memorandum of agreement with the Space Foundation to launch the first “Florida Space” conference. Retired Navy Capt. Winston E. Scott (left), executive director of the Florida Space Authority, and Dr. Woodrow Whitlow Jr., deputy director of the Kennedy Space Center, sign copies of the agreement for their respective organizations.
