Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — In the mobile service tower on Launch Pad 17-B at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Fla., workers attach the third stage motor, connected to the Deep Impact spacecraft, to the spin table on the second stage of the Boeing Delta II launch vehicle below. Next the fairing will be installed around the spacecraft.
