Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — In the back transfer aisle of the Orbiter Processing Facility bay 3, Todd Dugan (right), a technician with United Space Alliance, lifts a Thermal Protection System (TPS) blanket onto an area of the Orbiter Boom Sensor System (OBSS). The installation will conclude TPS closeout prior to installation of the boom in the orbiter Discovery.
