Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — In the Canister Rotation Facility at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center, the Payload Canister has been raised to a vertical position for transport to Launch Pad 39B. The payloads inside, including the Multi-Purpose Logistics Module Raffaello and External Stowage Platform-2, will be moved into the Payload Changeout Room in the Rotating Service Structure and then installed in Discovery’s payload bay.
