Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — Following the mock countdown on Launch Pad 39B, STS-114 Commander Eileen Collins (center) adjusts her glove before climbing into a slidewire basket used for emergency egress from the Fixed Service Structure at the pad. This is part of the pre-launch training included in Terminal Countdown Demonstration Test (TCDT) activities.
