Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — At the Astrotech Payload Processing Facility on Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, the CloudSat spacecraft is again being lowered, but on a different mounting stand. CloudSat will undergo electrical and spacecraft transmitter testing.
