Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — The NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) weather station, seen here at the Shuttle Landing Facility’s midfield on NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida, has a new neighbor. A climate-observing network that will drastically improve the nation's awareness of how weather impacts our lives has been established at the site. NASA, NOAA and the U.S. Air Force will work together on the U.S.
