About this work
After removal from the handling container physical science technician, Kristen Washington, performs an inspection of the Ocean Color Instrument (OCI) fold flat mirror to note any scratches or damage on the optical surface before it is integrated with the other optical components of the instrument. OCI is a highly advanced optical spectrometer that will be used to measure properties of light over portions of the electromagnetic spectrum.
