About this work
Center Director Roy Bridges (right) welcomes STS-99 Commander Kevin Kregel (left) and the rest of the crew after their arrival at KSC's Shuttle Landing Facility. Behind them are the T-38 jets that transported the crew, with the mate/demate tower in the background. Over the next few days, the crew will review mission procedures, conduct test flights in the Shuttle Training Aircraft and undergo routine preflight medical exams.
