Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — STS-92 Commander Brian Duffy is seated at the controls of Discovery to take part in a simulated countdown. The countdown is part of Terminal Countdown Demonstration Test (TCDT) activities that he and other crew members have been performing. STS-92 is scheduled to launch Oct. 5 at 9:38 p.m. EDT on the fifth flight to the International Space Station.
