About this work
STS-102 Mission Specialist Susan Helms has her launch and entry suit adjusted. She and other crew members are taking part in Terminal Countdown Demonstration Test activities, which include a simulated launch countdown. Helms is also part of the Expedition Two crew who will be replacing Expedition One on the International Space Station. She will serve as a flight engineer for the crew’s four-month residence on the Station.
