Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — In the Space Station Processing Facility, the Joint Airlock  Module is moved from a workstand to the Launch Package Integration Stand.  The LPIS provides personnel and equipment access to the flight element in its final launch configuration.  The Airlock is the primary payload on mission STS-104 to the International Space Station.  It is a pressurized flight element consisting of two cylindrical chambers attached end-to-end by a connecting bulkhead and hatch.
