KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, Fla. -- At Launch Pad 39B, STS-104 crew members check out the payload in Atlantis’s payload bay. They are taking part in Terminal Countdown Demonstration Test activities, which include emergency exit training from the orbiter, opportunities to inspect their mission payloads in the orbiter’s payload bay and simulated countdown exercises. The launch of Atlantis on mission STS-104 is scheduled July 12 from Launch Pad 39B.
