Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — During training on an M-113 armored personnel carrier, members of the STS-109 crew pause for this photo. From left are pictured Mission Specialist Michael Massimino, Pilot Duane Carey and Commander Scott Altman. The M-113 is part of emergency egress training at the launch pad. Crew members are taking part in Terminal Countdown Demonstration Test activities, which also include a simulated launch countdown.
