Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — In the Multi-Payload Processing Facility, workers check the movement of a GetAway Special canister (GAS can) being lowered onto the Hitchhiker Bridge. The bridge is a carrier for the Fast Reaction Experiments Enabling Science, Technology, Applications and Research (FREESTAR) that incorporates eight high priority secondary attached shuttle experiments on mission STS-107.
