Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — STS-111 Commander Kenneth Cockrell speaks to the media before leaving KSC along with his crew and Expedition 5. They have been taking part in Terminal Countdown Demonstration Test activities that include emergency egress training and a simulated launch countdown. Mission STS-111 is known as Utilization Flight 2, carrying supplies and equipment in the Multi-Purpose Logistics Module Leonardo to the International Space Station.
