Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — Expedition 5 cosmonaut Sergei Treschev arrives at KSC aboard a T-38 jet aircraft to prepare for launch on mission STS-111. Treschev is with the Russian Space Agency. Expedition 5 will travel to the Station on Space Shuttle Endeavour as the replacement crew for Expedition 4, who will return to Earth aboard the orbiter. Mission STS-111, known as Utilization Flight 2, is carrying supplies and equipment to the International Space Station.
