Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — Members of the Columbia Accident Investigation Board are in the Orbiter Processing Facility to look over Space Shuttle Endeavour. In the center (gesturing) is the chairman, Retired Navy Adm. Harold Gehman Jr. The board is visiting sites at KSC to become familiar with the Shuttle launch process and elements. The independent board is charged with determining what caused the destruction of the Space Shuttle Columbia and the loss of its seven-member crew on Feb.
