Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — At the groundbreaking for the Operations Support Building II, United Space Alliance Vice President Bill Pickavance praises NASA's decision to build the new facility. The audience included representatives of Governor Jeb Bush and the state of Florida. The new building will replace modular housing constructed more than 20 years ago and house NASA and contractor support staff for shuttle operations.
