Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — In high bay 3 of the Vehicle Assembly Building, the external tank designated for Space Shuttle Discovery is lowered into position between the solid rocket boosters on the mobile launcher platform. Discovery is scheduled to launch on mission STS-121 in July.
