Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — In the Orbiter Processing Facility at NASA's Kennedy Space Center, STS-115 crew members inspect equipment in Atlantis's payload bay. Mission Specialists Heidemarie Stefanyshyn-Piper (center) and Joseph Tanner look at the orbiter docking mechanism. The crew is at KSC for Crew Equipment Interface Test activities, which involves equipment familiarization, a routine part of astronaut training and launch preparations.
