Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — Following ribbon-cutting ceremony, workers and officials wait outside the west door to the Operations and Checkout Building for its reactivation as the entry into the crew exploration vehicle environment. During the rest of the decade, KSC will transition from launching space shuttles to launching new vehicles in NASA’s Vision For Space Exploration.
