Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — In the Space Station Processing Facility, the overhead crane moves the S5 integrated truss over the payload canister, where it will be stowed. The S5 joins the external stowage platform 3 (ESP3) already in the canister. Endeavour is targeted for launch on Aug. 9 to the International Space Station. The mission will continue space station construction by delivering the third starboard truss segment, as well as carrying the ESP3 and the SPACEHAB module.
