Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — The STS-120 crew is at NASA's Kennedy Space Center for the pre-launch terminal countdown demonstration test, or TCDT. During emergency egress training, crew members look at the distant landing site for the slidewire baskets that can carry the crew safely away from the shuttle.
