Seen here is Mission Specialist Paolo Nespoli, who represents the European Space Agency. He stands on a platform next to the Italian-built U.S. Node 2, named Harmony. The TCDT provides astronauts and ground crews an opportunity to participate in various simulated countdown activities, including equipment familiarization and emergency training.
