Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — NASCAR driver Kurt Busch (left) talks to astronaut Andrew Feustel about driving. Feustel is participating in NASCAR's Preseason Thunder Fan Fest at Daytona International Speedway. Feustel's appearance celebrates NASA's 50th anniversary and the speedway's 50th running of the Daytona 500 in February. Besides meeting with fans and media, Feustel will ride around the track, taking "hot laps," in an official track vehicle. The NASA/NASCAR association spans decades.
