Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — Pilot Alan Poindexter is helped with his boots while donning his launch and entry suit for launch of space shuttle Atlantis on the STS-122 mission. The launch, scheduled for 2:45 p.m. EST, will be the third attempt for Atlantis since December 2007 to carry the European Space Agency's Columbus laboratory to the International Space Station.
