CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – In the Astrotech payload processing facility in Titusville, Fla., technicians lift the GOES-O satellite to move it to a special stand for loading of its oxidizer and hydrazine propellants. The latest Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite, GOES-O was developed by NASA for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, or NOAA.
