CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – At NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, the Ares I-X forward center segment is moving from the Rotation, Processing and Surge Facility to the Vehicle Assembly Building, or VAB. The launch vehicle is being assembled in the VAB's High Bay 3.
