VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- At Vandenberg Air Force Base's Astrotech processing facility in California, an overhead crane is being used to lift NASA's Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer, or WISE, spacecraft from its travel dolly to a work stand.
