CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – On NASA Kennedy Space Center's Launch Pad 39B, the stabilizing arm is lifted from the pad surface. It will be attached to the fixed service structure for use in the Ares I-X rocket launch, targeted for Oct. 31. Ares I-X is part of NASA's Constellation Program.
