CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – During a ceremony that officially turns over NASA Kennedy Space Center's Launch Control Center Firing Room 1 from the Space Shuttle Program to the Constellation Program, former astronaut Robert Crippen shares personal experiences. The room has undergone demolition and construction and been outfitted with consoles for the upcoming Ares I-X rocket flight test targeted for launch on Oct. 27.
