CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – At the mobile launcher park site area north of the Vehicle Assembly Building at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, progress on the construction of a new mobile launcher, or ML, to support the Constellation Program is apparent. When completed, the launcher's tower will be approximately 345 feet tall and have multiple platforms for personnel access.
