CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – At NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, this aerial view of the mobile launcher park site area north of the 525-foot-tall Vehicle Assembly Building shows a new mobile launcher, or ML, for the Constellation Program under construction. In the background are the Atlantic Ocean and the Launch Complex 39 Observation Gantry, at upper right. When completed, the tower will be approximately 345 feet tall and have multiple platforms for personnel access.
