CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – At Launch Complex 37 on Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida, steady progress is made to launch NASA's GOES-P meteorological satellite aboard a United Launch Alliance Delta IV rocket with the installation of two solid rocket boosters on the rocket completed. GOES-P is the latest Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite developed by NASA for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, or NOAA.
