CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. -- At NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, Canadian Space Agency astronaut Chris Hadfield address the attendees at a ceremony being held to commemorate the move from Kennedy's Assembly Refurbishment Facility (ARF) to the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) of the Space Shuttle Program's final solid rocket booster structural assembly -- the right-hand forward. The move was postponed because of inclement weather.
