VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- At Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, Orbital Sciences Corp. workers uncrate the fillet (the wings of the Pegasus XL launch vehicle) for inspection. The Pegasus rocket is being processed to launch the Nuclear Spectroscopic Telescope Array (NuSTAR) into space.
