CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – The high-fidelity space shuttle model that was on display at the NASA Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex in Florida monopolizes the on-ramp at the intersection of NASA Causeway and Kennedy Parkway to gain entrance to the northbound roadways on the center. It is standard procedure for large payloads and equipment to travel against the normal flow of traffic under the supervision of a move crew when being transported on or off center property.
