CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – At NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida, a flatbed truck prepares to depart from the Space Shuttle Main Engine Processing Facility carrying a transportation canister containing a Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne space shuttle main engine (SSME). In the background is the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB). This is the second of the 15 engines used during the Space Shuttle Program to be transported to NASA's Stennis Space Center in Mississippi.
