About this work
VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. – Inside an environmental enclosure at Vandenberg Air Force Base's processing facility in California, the solar panels on NASA's Nuclear Spectroscopic Telescope Array, or NuSTAR, are in view after the removal of the turnover rotation fixture from around the spacecraft. The fixture was used to rotate the spacecraft into a horizontal position and supported it during its mating to an Orbital Sciences Pegasus XL rocket.
